If you need to cancel your order, please notify us within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, we may not be able to process the cancellation if your order is already being prepared for shipment. If that’s the case, we kindly ask that you wait until your order arrives. If a tracking number has already been assigned, this means your order has been dispatched and can no longer be canceled.
