Your House Finally Looks Like Someone's Home
Right now your address disappears after dark.
The numbers sit there in the shadow of the porch light, faded and hard to read from the street.
Then the sun goes down on your new set and the whole front of the house changes.
Warm light. Clean lines.
Numera charges in daylight and switches on automatically after dark — no electrician and no electrical wiring required.
Mount each character in a sun-exposed location using the included or recommended hardware.
One of our most-ordered exterior upgrades this year
✓ No electrician or electrical wiring
The built-in solar panel charges during the day and powers the light automatically after dark. Mount each character where it can receive direct sunlight.
✓ Automatic light after dark
Numera charges in daylight and turns on automatically at night. Lighting duration depends on the amount of sunlight received, weather conditions, season, and installation location.
✓ Build any address you want
Each number and letter is its own piece. Two digits or five, add an "A" or a "B" — you compose it to fit your house.
✓ Readable from the street, not harsh
Warm, even glow across the face of each digit. Bright enough for a driver at the curb, soft enough that it never looks like a gas station sign.

Frequently asked questions
Where should I install it?
Install Numera in an outdoor location where the solar panel can receive several hours of direct sunlight during the day. Avoid heavily shaded walls, covered porches, and locations blocked by trees or rooflines.
Does it require wiring or an outdoor outlet?
No. The built-in solar panel charges the internal battery during daylight, so no electrical connection or outdoor outlet is required.
Can I add or change a digit later?
Yes. Each character is a separate piece, so you can add a letter or swap a number without replacing the whole set.
How does it hold up in rain?
It's rated IP44, which means it handles rain and splashing from any direction. We recommend mounting it under an eave or overhang for the longest life.
How to use
- Step 1: Choose a location that receives direct sunlight during the day.
- Step 2: Hold each character against the wall and mark the mounting points.
- Step 3: Secure each character using the specified mounting hardware.
- Step 4: Switch the unit on and allow it to charge in direct sunlight before first use.
- Step 5: Check the illumination after dark and adjust the placement if the solar panel is shaded.

Does the denim paneling feel stiff to wear?
No. The panels are placed at the neckline, lapels and sleeves to hold structure, not across the body. The parts that touch you most are soft ribbed knit.
Can I wear this as my actual jacket in fall?
Yes, in mild to cool weather. It's a substantial knit layer, so think crisp fall days over a tank or tee rather than deep winter.
Will the knit stretch out at the elbows and hem?
The ribbed construction is built to spring back, and the denim panels take the stress at the sleeves and edges. Hang it rather than folding it to help it keep its shape.
Does it close in the front?
It's designed as an open-front layer. That's what lets the denim lapels frame the outfit underneath.
- Machine wash cold with similar colors
- Do not bleach
- Hang dry to keep the knit's shape
